By accessing or using PicklePlan AI, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

PicklePlan AI provides AI-generated pickleball training plans, progression tracking, and coaching assistance. Plans are generated by artificial intelligence and should not replace professional medical advice or in-person coaching.

3. Accounts and Billing

Free accounts receive 1 training plan per month. Pro subscriptions cost $9.99/month and can be cancelled at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain Pro access until the end of your billing period. Payments are processed by Stripe.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to reverse-engineer the AI system, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.

5. Disclaimer

Training plans are generated by AI and provided as-is. PicklePlan AI is not responsible for injuries sustained while following any training plan. Always consult a healthcare professional before starting a new exercise programme.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
